Kimi Antonelli 2023: Zandvoort, wet: the title decider
In 2023 Antonelli won both Formula Regional Middle East (Mumbai Falcons) and Formula Regional European (Prema, 5 wins, clinched at Zandvoort). He was the first European to win multiple F3-level titles in one year since Alain Prost in 1979. In the game: his Dubai Autodrome win (FRMEC) and Zandvoort, where he won from 8th in mixed weather.
Both of the series he entered in 2023. He won the Formula Regional Middle East Championship with Mumbai Falcons and then the Formula Regional European Championship with Prema, clinching it with a dominant wet-dry win at Zandvoort from 8th on the grid. He skipped FIA Formula 3 and moved to Formula 2.
